Women have not been treated fairly in the world of football, and Norway is no exception. There are still embarrassingly few opportunities for a young and promising female football player. In this documentary series we follow the team Trondheims-Ørn as they change their name to the iconic “Rosenborg”. Throughout their first season in black and white, it becomes obvious that the power to lift female football lies in the hands of the media, sponsors and we the people.

CANTUS – FROM HEART TO HEART

Norwegian documentary from 2013. In this film we follow the female choir “Cantus” from Trondheim, Norway to Guangzhou, China and their participation in the Xinghai Prize International Choir Championship.

RINGVE – FUGL FØNIX

Norwegian documentary from 2019. After a fire at Ringve Music Museum in Trondheim, a three-year-long restoration project began. A tragedy can also make space for new opportunities.

JEBE IN MAYA LAND

Norwegian documentary from 2018. The unknown, Norwegian composer Halfdan Jebe lived in Mexico in the 1920s and 1930s. In the jungle of Yucatán his musical talent is released when meeting the culture of the Maya people.

KINGS BAY 100 YEARS

The history of Kings Bay goes all the way back to 1916, when Kings Bay Kull Company was established to conduct coal mining on Svalbard. The mines of Ny-Ålesund are now shut down, and in its place a research village has sprung out, delivering globally important information about the Arctic.
